Building on Cosmocitizens' May 2026 Ethical AI pilot, HARP aims to help humanitarian and development organisations move from ad hoc AI use towards responsible, rights-based practice. Its proposed model combines modular learning, organisational readiness assessment, governance tools, practical cases, peer learning, refugee-led co-design and facilitator development.
